Effects of kratom
At a lower dose, Kratom usually has an energizing effect with an accompanying feeling of mild euphoria. At higher doses, the effects of Kratom are markedly different. The feeling of euphoria is more intense and a general feeling of warmth and contentment envelops. There is often a sedative effect while you remain alert and focused. Effects appear within five to ten minutes after use, and last for several hours.
Usage
Add 1 to 2 grams to a tea cup (150ml) of boiling water. Let the tea infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Honey or sugar can be added to mask the bitter taste.

Store in the original packaging in a cool and dry place.
