What is Microdosing?
Micordosing is the regular use of tiny amounts of a psychedelic substance. Psilocybin in magic mushrooms and magic truffles is one of the most used substances for microdosing. The amounts used are just above threshold level, so no psychedelic effects are experienced. People that have used magic truffles for microdosing report an increase of productivity, mental focus, overall energy, and creativity. You can more fully integrate thoughts and emotions, boost your ability to solve problems creatively, and give you greater insight into topics both external and internal. What's in the pack?
Each pack contains 6 microdoses of 1 gram Psilocybe Mexicana truffles. Each dose is vacuum packed for a longer shelf life.
How to use microdosing truffles
Microdosing is used as a three-day cycle:
- Day 1: Start your day by taking 1 microdose (1 gram).
- Day 2: Transition Day. This day is to determine the subtle (side) effects of microdosing.
- Day 3: Rest day in which microdosing is not taken to avoid building tolerance.
- Day 4: Repeat the cycle.
You can repeat this cycle for about 2 months, after which it is recommended to take a month off. Daily microdosing is not recommended so the body does not create tolerance to the active ingredients psilocybin and psilocin. Please note that due to the low dose this product is not suitable for a psychedelic experience.

Storage advice
These truffles are fresh and must be kept refrigerated. After opening the packaging, the truffles have a limited shelf life.

Consult your doctor before use if you are currently using any medication or if you have health complaints. It is not recommended to participate in traffic or to operate heavy machinery during and up to 24 hours after use. Stop using this product immediately if you experience unwanted side effects. Do not combine with MAO-inhibitors.
